hey Sharon thanks for the quick reply. No I have not been with this program long I just started. Let me first explain that hunger is not an issue for me I am very rarely hungry. I get up in the a.m. and have 1 cup of coffee with a little cream and 2 tsps of sugar. I may take a dannon oikos greek yogurt to work and maybe a piece of fruit to munch at work. at night when I get home I will either have a boneless skinless chicken breast or maybe a talapia fillet bake or pan seared in 1tsp of coconut oil with garlic and onion of course. I love Zucchini, yellow squash, and tomatoes. sometimes I just have a romaine salad with chicken, cheese, and a little vinaigrette dressing. as of this posting I am 5’3″ 210# 50yrs old and other than running 3-5 miles a day at work my activity level is 0.
thanks for your support

Hi, suprmom365. Have you been with the program long? Many people feel as you do when starting. Since the food is not processed, it is more volume, though less fat and sugar. Some people with hectic jobs like you prefer to drink their snacks, and this may help with the full feeling too. You can take hearty shakes or soups with you in thermoses, and sip on them – see our recipes here https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=shake&post_type=recipe and here https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/.
If you wish, I would be happy to take a look at what you like to eat vs. what the Menu Planner gives you, and compare it to your needs (height, weight, age, activity level) – just let me know.

I am not hungry enough to eat this much nor do I have a lot of time during the day to eat as I am a server at a restaurant. I have been losing weight slowly on my own however my body fat seems to stay the same or go up.
