I know you should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day but I haven’t seen it listed on my menu? Where do I find this info. I am so excited so far I have lost three lbs. instead of craving candy I just eat a portion size of fruit and my cravings go away. I hope this keeps up. I am staying positive. I do feel better.
