Hi, Jennifer. They’re all great! Avocado is actually counted as a “Fat” in this program, and so is in that list in the Menu Planner. Tomatoes and peppers are in the “Vegetables” list.

I can’t find avocado, tomatoes, or red/orange peppers on any list? Are they bad?
