Hi, Crossank. Quorn is indeed in the Menu Planner. Note that many such products made from Quorn, soy, or seitan can be quite processed – see if you can find ones that are less so, or use them only as an occasional treat. It may be better to make your own from scratch.

I am a lover of quorn mince and chicken style pieces, can these be used on this diet? I don’t particularly like tofu.
