Support 11 years ago | Remember, you can use the Menu Planner application. Before you use it we suggest entering your specific dietary needs into your Profile. Below are instructions on how to get started: 1. Log on to https://www.trimdownclub.com 2. Click on your Username at the top right of the homepage 3. You will then be transferred to your Profile 4. Scroll down to the bottom of your Profile, and at the bottom right of your Profile you will see a section called ‘Dietary Needs’ 5. Specify your Dietary Needs by ticking the options there that are relevant to you 6. Once you have finished click ‘Save’ (at the bottom of the Profile) You will then be able to access the Menu Planner which will provide you with food options specific to your needs. Now, to access the Menu Planner, follow these steps: 1. Go to https://www.trimdownclub.com 2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login 3. Enter your username and password (You can also use your email address as your username. If you lost or forgot your password, click Login and then choose “lost password.” Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password) 4. Once you are logged in, go to “Apps,” and click on “Menu Planner” 5. To create a personal menu plan, scroll down, and click on “Start Planning Menu” (orange button at the bottom of the page) 6. On the page that appears, from the “My Food Choices” area, you’ll have to add your favorite foods to your menu plan. Switch between the main food categories by clicking on the boxes (Carbs, Proteins, Fats, Sweets, Vegetables, Fruit) above the meal planner. Please note that you will only be able to finalize your choices and click on “SAVE & CREATE MENU” when all meal bars are full and all food group boxes are solid blue. Support 11 years ago | To find the Express Meal Plans for 14 Days, follow these steps: 1. Login to https://www.trimdownclub.com 2. On the top of the homepage, click My Downloads 3. Under the Trim Down Club Program, click Start Now 4. Scroll down to Simple Express 14-Day Meal Plan, and you can choose the basic 14 Days Express Meal Plan by clicking on Download Now 5. Or you can choose a version of the plan tailored for specific needs, such as: Vegetarian (V), Non Dairy (ND), Gluten Free (GF), Low Cholesterol (LC), Low Sugar (LS) by clicking on the circular icons 🙂 |
PattieDavis 11 years ago | Okay did that and it still canme up steak. I am not the best at the computer so it very well could be me. I did press save changes. when I go to profile it seems to know I am a vegetarian. please advise. |
RoMcCo 11 years ago | Good Morning Pattie, If you want a vegetarian menu, go to your name and in your section there is a list of dietary needs towards the bottom of the page. Click on vegetarian then go back to the menu planner and get a new menu. It will change your choices. Hope this helps. Much success on your journey! |
