Thanks very much that is most helpful! I haven’t been very successful so far with weight loss so this is a last ditch attempt & I want to give it my best shot!!

Hi, Maryjwatson13. Fruits have significantly more sugar than vegetables, so if you do make the swap, use half the amount. For example, a serving of vegetables is a cup (240 ml), so use 1/2 cup of fruit when substituting.

When it says veg of your choice is it ok to swap veg for fruit? Especially when it is served with yoghurt!?
