![]() | Hi, Jeff. Yes! Just be sure to eat some whole produce each day to ensure you get the fiber. |
![]() | I looked at your organic brand. I assume that would be at whole foods. So I substitute an 8 ounce serving (their label) for the veggies of choice? Thanks, |
![]() | Hi, jschillsr. V8 is largely OK (especially the low-sodium type), but there are organic brands that can be advantageous, such as this: http://www.evolutionfresh.com/juice/organic-v/. |
![]() | What kind of vegetable drink (brand name) would be acceptable? |
![]() | Thank you for that info |
![]() | Hi, tonje1. Fruits and vegetables are indeed very important here, as they contain potassium – which can work against bloat, especially that associated with too much sodium. |
![]() | No. it has been about 6 years that I have steadly gained weight. some was bad eating habits. even staying on this diet I am fighting to get this weight off. some was personal things happening that made me eat terribly.I do drink at least 8 glasses a day. do not go out often d/t having to eliminate all of it. I am careful when I eat out that they do not add salt to my meal.and do not order anything that is salty. |
![]() | Hi, tonje1. Do you have any record of your weight before you started retaining water? |
![]() | thank you so much. I am having a hard time getting the weight off . |
![]() | Hi, tonje1. Yes – just be sure it doesn’t contain artificial additives or too much sodium. |
![]() | can I substitute vegetable drink for some of the snacks in place of vegetables of choice? |
