![]() | Hi, Pjandtig. For raw vegetables, lemon or lime juice and vinegars are great seasonings. For cooked vegetables, garlic, dill, pepper, and paprika are very popular – these have the best flavor when added while sauteing the vegetables. |

We do recommend that you get as much of a variety as possible from the various types, such as green leafies, tomatoes, squashes (including cucumbers), onions, and root vegetables (carrot, turnip, beet, etc.). Keep in mind that vegetables such as potatoes, parsnips, corn, and peas are considered carbohydrates, and are not part of the “Vegetables of Your Choice” options. |
