Hi, reallife. I suggest you build your own menu. Select “vegetarian” and “non-dairy” in your profile (in the lower righthand corner) and go through the Menu Planner application, not the Ready-to-Go menus. This will not only eliminate most animal foods, but it will switch your diet pattern to one that ensures you will get the best nutrition through plant foods. The menu that was created had odd combinations. Is there another way to create a menu? Please help… I just need vegan whole food combinations.
