Yes, all the items listed in each meals are for you to eat. However, you can move the items around throughout the day if too much, or swap out foods from the same food groups – just pay attention to portion sizes and be sure that
1. You have a good source of protein in the morning
2. You don’t plan on heavier meals toward the end of your day unless that’s when you work out.

I’m I suppose to eat all items on the daily breakfast menu or choose 1?

•1 serving of Vegetable Salad with Dressing
•1 cup of Raw Granola with Yogurt
•1/2 ounce of Almonds
•6 ounces of Greek Yogurt
•1 Egg (omega-3)
•1 medium Apple
