Processed or unfermented soy is a no-no – soynuts, tempheh, etc. are OK, but we prefer to avoid soy milk, tofu, and any tofu-related pre-packaged foods based on “textured vegetable protein”.

you mention that soy is a no no yet as one of the breakfast selections you cite a cup of soybeans. This confused me–please clarify
