Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Hi, Marley. Instead of regular soy cheese, try fuyu, which is fermented soy cheese (soy is better if it is fermented or very well-cooked). Another type of “cheese” is vegan raw cheese, which is basically nuts that are soaked overnight and then pureed in some of the soaking liquid with a little lemon juice and whatever seasonings you like (most people choose garlic powder). |
marley 11 years ago | I am lactose intolerant and can’t use real cheese. As a substitute I use soy cheese. According to the information I can not use soy based products. I use Lactaid daily and still have problems with lactose. Do you have any recommendations? |
