When I started working out I wasn’t very consistant as I have mentioned about 1 mth ago. I started small and did that about 2-3 weeks. Then I’d ramp up my # of days for 2 wks. Eventually I was working 5 days a week. I did that for 2 wks, then I added small weights, kind I can strap to ankles and wrists and and did the same workout 5 days a wk X’s 2 more wks and I’m ready now to “up the antie”. I’m going for heavier weights for the next 2 weeks and work the E-lip 2 X’s the first wk, 3 X’s, and up until I am also at 5 days a week with both the workout-with-weights and the E-lip. That is as far as I will predict or commit to for now. That’s going to take another month to month and a half so I will be busy busy.
