Hi, msaboya. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take some time for your body to readjust to normal amounts of food. Also, if you are exercising quite a bit, you could be gaining muscle, which is heavier than fat – in other words, at this stage, you could be losing fat without the scale moving. Try looking in the mirror and paying close attention to how your clothes are fitting.
Another option has to do with your type of exercise. You can change things around so that you use different muscles, and you can insert bursts of high-intensity activity here and there; for example, if you walk, you can run for 30-second intervals every 10-15 minutes or so.
If that does not help, please do repost, and we can troubleshoot with your menu.

As a new member to Trim Down Club I have read and started to follow your diet plan in addition to increasing my exercise routines but unfortunately I have yet to see any results in any weight loss.
Do you have any suggestions of how I can jump start this process and start losing weight??!!
