![]() | Hi, |
![]() | Hi, Shepv50. These items are not called anything different in the UK, but they are not well-known to many people in general who do not frequent health food stores. They are super high-quality grains that are much less processed than the standard fair found in most shops, and so are best for optimising metabolism and supporting healthy weight loss. |
![]() | In today’s menu for instance I have a choice of 1 cup of Amaranth (Cooked) I don’t know what any of these are I am also struggling with bread as when I look at the ingredients it’s not clear if the breads are swg or if not what % whole they are |
![]() | I’m happy to help. Please feel free to list any items about which you have questions, and I will get back to you. |
![]() | Hi I’m new to the group and live in the UK. I have had a few stabs at the menu planer now but am struggling a bit because the recommendations are coming up with a lot of products I am not familiar with and have no idea where to purchase. Can anyone help out with UK equivalent food swaps? |
