![]() | I think with the amount of fish and beans included in the menus, they originated in the Southern USA, but I’m not sure. I’m trying to substitute low-carb Low GI foods whereever I can, and I’m eating more veggies and fruits too. |
![]() | I am from Canada, and some of the things that are listed I couldnt find either, somethings they just dont sell here. I checked on line to find the closest relative to the foods being asked in recipe or I put something else in, so far seems to be working |
