![]() | Hi, twonurses2. It is better if you go for plain yogurt, then add your own high-quality sweetener like Stevia and/or erythritol (and vanilla extract, if you wish). The rest of the ingredients in your yogurt combination look great – just be sure the berries aren’t sugar-sweetened. |
