Hi, Grammiex4l7. Keto is fine for diabetics, but intermittent fasting is less recommended.

If I am Type II diabetic will the menus for Keto IF be OK to use?

Hi, Billiguidi. Everyone is allotted a different amount of carbs. You can see what’s in your plan by clicking on the “Exchange View” button above your menu.
Since you are on the keto plan, additions to the menu are limited to low-carbohydrate vegetables like greens, cucumber, zucchini, celery, radishes, kohlrabi and turnips.

Hi, Francee52. No worries – this program is based on principles of diabetes management. It is even based on the same exchange system as is used by diabetes organizations around the world.

I was also wondering about the carbs as I am also type 2 diabetic.

Hi, srcgrimm. The plan is overall low in carbs, about 40-45% of calories (compared to up to 70% in a regular diet).

My plan is the low sugar menu. I know carbs and
Sugar are directly related, but questioning if plan is too many carbs for a diabetic menu?
