| | Hi, Fritoman. At her current weight, you probably have similar energy needs, so no worries there, and she will definitely not be short on protein. Whether or not she uses medications is really something she discusses with her health care provider, who can see all of her labwork and other parameters. If she can workout more often, that may make enough of a difference for the doctor or diabetes specialist to at least lower if not remove the insulin treatment, and then that is one less obstacle to weight management. As for the supplement, studies on the ingredients have been promising, and it is not likely to cause a problem. |
| | Yes she is using my account we are using this program together , I started this diet to help motivate her, her weight is 199 and her height is 5 foot 2 and she started walking in the park last week and sometimes she uses the elliptical machine i bought for both of us. |
| | Hi, Fritoman. Is your wife using the diet under your program or her own name? If it is the latter, I would be happy to work with her one-on-one. If it is on your account, I would be grateful for her age, height, weight, and activity level, so I can give you an estimate of what percentage of your intake would be best for her. |
