Hi, Rachelle and welcome! The Tropicana product is not recommended (it still has added sugar), but no need to throw anything out. Use it but in small portions each time (1/2 cup as a fruit exchange), and be sure to drink it along side a good source of protein to dull the effect a little.

Hi I just joined TDC. I had watched the introduction video about not having orange juice. I have a jug of Tropicana Orange Juice in the fridge. It says “never from Concentrate” on the jug. is this product ok?
