If I’m going to do cardio when I first wake up, should I eat and then exercise or exercise and then eat?

Hi, PickleballJudy. Our calculations assume a certain level of physical activity. Since yours is about twice the usual, please do add any 3 of a carb, protein, fat fruit, vegetable.

Hi, RogerBon, and welcome. You’re on the right track! At this point, we wouldn’t recommend any changes. Just remember to get plenty of fluids and to eat well afterwards.
