Hi, H20Bug55. Nuts and dried fruits are in the food lists. The general exchanges for nuts are about 1/2 ounce or 2 Tbsp. = 1/2 protein + 1 fat, and for dried fruits are about 2 Tbsp (for raisins and raisin-like items such as dried currants, blueberries, cranberries, prunes) or 1/4 cup (for larger fruits such as apricots, apples, etc.) = 1 fruit.

I do not see any list for this. There must be a place for nuts and dried fruit.
