Hi, Mchall00. The recommendations for postmenopausal women can be up to 1 gram per kilogram (without active kidney disease, of course), even higher in cases of diabetes. At your current weight, this is about 72 grams; the percent of energy is 15.5, which is quite reasonable.

My Menu Planner averages around 70 grams of protein daily, which according to other nutritional information is high for an adult female, not pregnant or nursing (typical amount is 46 grams). My filters are Low Sugar and Low Cholesterol.
