After 4 days I had gas also .Thought it was the popcoen. My stomach hurt for a few days also so I stopped the popcorn I now believe the high fiber is the issue but i know it will cease after I get acustomed to it.

Hi, Mgjhyman. If you are starting out on a high-fiber diet (such as in the Trim Down Club program) and have not really had high-fiber intake before, it is important to gradually increase your intake to your goal – keep most of the lower fiber foods for now and upgrade to or add one high-fiber every couple of days. This means the switch from white bread or rice to 100% whole grain, cooked vegetables to raw, etc.
Then pay close attention to your body over the weeks – counting and comparing to your previous condition is very important.

Re GAS. Its a temporary blip to your system me thinks. The SWG bread has been a shocker to mine but I feel sure it will adjust to the increase in fibre and the fall in processed foods and lots of sugar.

I know this is an unpleasant subject but………I’ve been on this plan for two days. not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I have more gas than I’ve ever had!! HELP! I’m following my ‘menu’ that the system made.
