Hi, Adie. If it really is too much, you can cut back on the fats and/or carbs. But please do be careful not to cut back too much – the program needs to be liveable long-term, aso we don’t want you to get hungry or slow down your metabolism.

I find that the menus for the day, especially the snacks, have too much food and foods that are not appropriate, like cold cuts in the morning and afternoon snacks. What can be left out to make more manageable when at work re the snacks?
