Too much food!

| | Hi, MMBCaro. Some members have reported similar sensations, often attributed to a “detox” effect. If you are following the guidelines, your body is getting cleaned out from all sorts of artificial items that are really not so good for you. |
| | Hi to those of you feeling too full – you can cut back perhaps 1/4, but do be sure to get at least 5 total servings of fruits and vegetables and 3 good servings of calcium-rich foods each day. If you start to feel too hungry toward the end of the day, add some back earlier in the day. |
| | I am only on the second day of the 14-day menu plan. The first day was great and I felt great too. Today is a different story. I feel very tired and my stomach hurts. What happened? |
| | i think you are right. I have never eaten breakfast and usually not lunch either which is why I probably can’t lose weight. I have been following this program for a week now and I’m hoping by learning to balance my intake of food I will be able to lose weight. The biggest problem I’m having is to fit all the food in because it’s such a drastic change from the way I eat. I have to force myself to eat breakfast. |
| | I think the key is balance. I think I was eating too much protein and not enough of fruits and vegetables. The snacks, we’re told, are to balance blood sugar and metabolism throughout the day. I just started this program. For months I haven’t snacked or eaten grains or sugar. I’m hoping this program, including snacks, will give me the proper balance my body evidently needs and help me to trim down! |
| | I am having the same problem. I am not used to eating this much food all day long and I end up skipping some of the snacks or cutting portions. |
| | I just started this program this week, and I’m finding it difficult to eat everything with its provided portion sizes. Can I cut the portions in half in order to eat all the foods each day, or can I cut out some of the foods completely, or one of the snacks? What’s the best way to address this? |
