Too much food!

| | Hi Mcgish, It is a lot of food, isn’t it? The menu planners can be used in other ways than as a prescription. I use them as a guide, for their teachings about how to combine foods for maximum health and weight loss; for their great recipes; for information about how to exchange foods; serving sizes and much more.
