Hi, Sueofd. It is great to read that you aren’t hungry, and of course we wouldn’t want you to push yourself. You can skip snacks, but do make sure that by the end of the day, you have at least 5 total fruit/vegetable and 3 calcium-rich food/beverage servings.
I am very new to this diet and I cannot eat all the food on my menu. Is it ok if I skip snacks? I feel as though I am having too many carbs daily. Does anyone else feel this way? I am not hungry after breakfast and feel if I start eating when I am not hungry I will grow used to it and start wanting more food regularly. Is this a normal feelimg?
