![]() | Hi, MissNellie. Given your achalasia and limit time at work, I suggest you try drinking your snacks. You can take soups or smoothies in a thermos, and that would be fine. Check out our recipe collects for these, or make your own – as long as they contain at least three food groups (ideally a protein source and fruit or vegetable). |
![]() | I joined a few days ago and haven’t yet eaten a full day’ s food. There seems to be too much and at work there isn’ t enough time to eat it all. Any advice please.Also I have achalasia which limits how much I can eat at a time. |
