Hi, w1m2d3. Your menu is really the best guide. You can see portion units (“exchanges”) here – https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists – but often you can have more than one at a time. In the toolbar above your finished menu, click on “Exchange view,” and together with the above list you can get a sense of what good portion sizes for you would be.

Can someone tell me the correct amt of each food item and where to find it.

Hi, shocknail. You can definitely adjust your menu to make it more comfortable, just try not to cut back on vegetables or calcium sources. If you are using the Ready-to-Go menu, I would definitely recommend that you use the full Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) so that you can select the foods that would work best for you.

I have been with the program now for 3 weeks. The menu is very hard to follow because it is too much food. I have been able to change up most of the items but to follow the menu there are some items I can’t find and I don’t have a big selection where I live. Is there a way to continue and substitute the items I can’t find and cut down on how much food to eat on the menu?
