Just eat balanced from everything that ‘s on your plate. Quit when you start feeling full. You’ll still lose. Try to eat a little of your snack , balanced. This isn’t supposed to make you sick… It is supposed to make you full and not hungry. Good luck.

I know this is only day one, but the meals are way bigger than I am used to. The snacks don’t make me feel ill, but eating the entire meal is rather sickening. Can I eat less but make sure I keep it balanced from all of the foods on the plate. I felt gross after breakfast, and now gross after lunch.
