Help – my menus ask me to cook 3 times a day what can I do to change this. I have neither the time nor inclination to spend so long in the kitchen. Also I’m not too convinced that my menu suggestions have got it quite right, so many carbs today if I have them all I think I will explode! Like many others I find I am picking and choosing.
