Hi, eric78david, and welcome! There are a couple of ways to go.
First, if you drink throughout the day, you can make your beverages as nutritious as snacks and sip on those between main meals. You can come to work with thermoses of shakes (recipes: https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=shake&post_type=recipe), preferrably those with a source of protein such as milk; and/or hearty soups (https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/).
Second, decide how many meals and snacks you can get it (less than 3 is definitely discouraged). See if you can fit some of the foods or representative foods from the same food groups into other meals. For example, if lunch is a protein source such as 3 oz tofu or chicken with a starch and salad with dressing, and your next snack would have been nuts and fruit, either add those two items to your lunch, OR add another ounce to your lunch protein, teaspoon of good oil for seasoning, and fruit for dessert.
If you would like more ideas for this, please repost with a sample day from your weekly menu.
In any event, keep in mind that a snack does not have to take more than 5-10 minutes to swallow a piece of fruit and a few nuts or piece of cheese.

Hi everyone.

I just signed up and see the menu created gives me 3 meals and 3 snacks…

The problem is I work one-on-one with clients most of the say and do not have the time to eat the first two snacks.

Any advice?

Thanks!
