Hi, Clairelouisesp. We actually many keto recipes, around 100 or so, and that number is growing. You can see them by entering the term “keto” in the search box on the Recipes homepage and running a search. Here is the link: https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=keto&post_type=recipe. To swap out recipes in our plan that you don’t like, just click on the edit tool to the right of the item, then select an alternative from the pop-up list. You can also substitute any of the recipes you find in the above for those in your plan – just be sure to right-size the portion so that the calories match those in the recipe you are swapping.

Hi I’m totally confused and wonder if anyone can help me. There are so any recipes on here but there is not so many that are keto. There’s quite a lot of things on my first weeks menu that I don’t lie but I’m struggling to find many keto meals and all of the free downloads that’s I got she I joined none of them contain any keto meals and recipes I thought this was a keto based diet but the downloads don’t mention anything about keto.

Just joined this program. I know you need lower carb intake in the beginning to get in ketosis. My menu is filled with higher carbs selection. 20 carbs a day is my goal to get there.
