Try to focus on proteins and vegetables, and you can ease up on fats and carbs – but cutting back more than 1/4 is not recommended because it can backfire in rebound weight gain. Also be sure not to cut back too much when you are most active – you may risk overeating later.

I’m new to the program and already I have noticed that there is way to much food on my menu pr day to eat…. is it okay not to eat every thing listed?
