![]() | Hi, hsnyder, and welcome! Don’t worry about the products or the expensive foods – they are just suggestions. Many people enjoy those things (and have requested the products), but they absolutely are not a must-have for success here! |
![]() | I am just starting my first week, I am planning my first week and while signing up I was hit with a bunch of offers to buy additional items to improve my weight loss efficiency. I Just watched the fish oil Omega 3 with Vesisorb and I’m deeply concerned that my research about this program about not having to eat all organic and being affordable is now about products I need to buy, buying entirely organic to lose the weight that I have struggled with. I have 4 children with me and my husband we both work full time and live pay check to pay pay check there is no way we can afford to buy all these different suggested products and buy all organic. So my question is…Has anyone lost their goal weight without buying all the extra and not having to buy all organic? I understand and agree with buying natural like sugar and not the fake sugar, real butter, multie grain breads, and the cooking oils those make sense. But my family love all kinds of meat and eating organic meat isn’t really an option for my family. I need to know before my 60 days is up, I’m all for giving this 110% I have health issues and the testimonials of people with health issues while not like mine but similar that have had success is what drew me to this program in the first place. Can anyone answer my question? |
