Generally about 2-1/2 to 3 hours between meals, and the last meal an hour before bed; the first meal when you get ready to start your day (or a little later if you work out first thing in the morning). But don\’t fight things too much. If it really is too much, don\’t push yourself. Just make sure you get all your fruits, vegetables, and calcium sources. |
