![]() | Thank you for the answer. but i have other question, somentimes after the main meals im so full that i dont want the snacks in between, what should i do? Usually theres 3 things for snack in the case i dont want the whole snack could i eat just 1 thing or what should i do so i dont skip the snacks? |

We recommend to start drinking water first thing in the morning (and then throughout the day, to ensure you get it all in), and shortly after your first drink of water to have your first meal. Then have meals every 2-1/2 to 3 hours or so, and try to finish eating and drinking about an hour before your main sleep. |
