![]() | Ksprietsma, Thanks for the advice and suggestions. My wife made me a cup of chicken broth soup with cooked celery, onions, parsley, and garlic and it went down well. It even tasted good. Thanks again. |

![]() | I had the same problem, just as I really got on board I became very ill and well… there went my healthy eating. Ossie recommended trying to eat as much soup as possible. I hope this helps, I know how hard it is to sick with it when your not into eating. |
![]() | My basic question here is: How do you fit this diet program in when you are fighting a virus and/or cold and are sick? It is just a coincidence, I am sure, but since starting the program about 3 weeks ago I have been fighting some kind of bug on and off. Then, after doing my walk yesterday I succumbed to weakness, nausea and vomiting. Today I feel weak and without appetite for any food. This morning I have the sense that I will get better but have no appetite. Now what? Any suggestions? Rones |
