Hi, mjbielecke. As long as you don’t go over your daily total of calories, and as long as your snacks are always higher in fat than they are in protein+carbohydrate combined (and thus keto-supportive), then yes! For example, the recipe for your blueberry yogurt snack would be as follows:
1/3 cup full-fat plain yogurt
1/3 cup full-fat sour cream
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen/unsweetened)
Stevia and/or erythritol to taste

I just realized we can have more then one snack for the day, with the eggs it is very filling so for snacks you can have plain yogurt with maybe some fresh blueberries in it? New at this Thank you Michelle

Hi, AnnieMGorman. Sure, but be sure to get any fruit or dairy exchanges earlier in the day. Using your Monday as an example, have the extra yogurt at breakfast or double the amount in your snack, or have extra cheese on your pizza.
