![]() | Hi, Doreen. Yes, that can be a reason for weight issues. If you cannot get in all the snacks, that’s fine – just be sure to get all 5 of the fruit+vegetable servings and at least 3 servings of calcium-rich foods each day. You can also drink your snacks by making hearty shakes or soups from our recipe collection (or yours) and putting them in thermoses to take to work. |
![]() | Hi I am also having trouble with all the food I have to eat , I am 63 I still work at a job that needs strength to lift heavy things , I am in good health ,,, but I am finding it very hard to eat all the food , its like 6 meals a day for me, when I work I am not permitted to eat and have no breaks, just a lunch time ,, what can I do, and another thing some people gain and not loose is there a reason for that or is that a normal thing ,,thanks |
