Hi, Larry118. NIf you are using the Express Menus, you are right, they are not for you. I would recommend using the Menu Planner (in “Apps” above), which takes your size and gender into account – you choose the foods you like and will get something that meets your needs.

Are they Joking? I am a 270 lb man. I would like to lose 70lbs but a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and an egg for breakfast is not going to cut it for someone my size. Is the menu for someone half my weight? Should I double the portions? One size does not fit all here.
