Hi, Glenda. Green tea dehydrates less than black tea, and has many other advantages. I wouldn’t go over 4 cups per day (about half your needs if you are not a hot environment or exercising vigorously), but I certainly wouldn’t suggest to give it up altogether.

does tea dehydrate? I love iced green tea to get my needed fluids
