The system will guide you through the personalization process, at the end of which you get menus that are based on calculations to help you lose weight (per the information you provide in your profile). |
 coffeewithfreedom 4 years ago | Hello I am new. I have selected the TDC Meal Plan but I do not see a meal plan populated in menu. Do I have to select the meals? How do I know they are keeping me within my weight loss plan? Is there a way I can auto populate meal plan? |
