![]() | Hi, bookworm. According to your menu pattern, you should be getting 4 ounces of meat at dinner. I suggest to click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your menu and see how many protein exchanges you have at dinner, and what is represented by them – you can ignore the non-meat items and just have all 4 protein exchanges as meat. |
