![]() | For non or low impact exercise swimming including water aerobics, treading water, lap swimming and water walking are far better programs for those with arthritis, back, knee and/or hip issues. There are a whole variety of exercises using water resistance as an exercise aid. I am surprised to see nothing about this topic in the fitness section of Trimdown Club. |
