Hi, Tracy, and welcome. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again. The fact that you are not gaining weight is a good sign. If the swimming new to your program, you could be in the muscle-building phase where you look better but the scale doesn’t move, since muscle is heavier than fat. If you have been swimming for a while, you may benefit by trying a little bit of a new form of exercise, at least for a little while, to wake up new muscles.
As far as adding foods, if you are more active than the average person, then there is nothing wrong with adding foods – just follow the example of your menu, and add a snack of a carbohydrate plus a protein after an intense workout.
