To all in the US and Canada – the ingredients can be found at health-oriented shops, including huge chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes.
In South Africa, SWG items appear to be scattered through shops; if you cannot find them, just go 100% whole grain with as few additives as possible.

SWG stands for sprouted whole grain. You can read about it in this article https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread

HI What is SWG mean?

All the “healthy” bread in South Africa lists white bread flour as the main ingredient! Is SWG bread available in the Gauteng area?

Anywhere else? I have not heard of Wegmans. I’m in Cincinnati.

I just wanted to share that you might be able to find this at your local Wegmans. I know a lot of people were having a hard time finding this kind of stuff, so I just wanted to share this info with you all.
