Yes, SWG products are generally found in health-food stores, but these include large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes, AND they are starting to penetrate the mainstream supermarkets – even if just one brand at a time.

Sprouted whole grain products are available at health-oriented stores such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s, as well as online at http://www.foodforlifecom.
The puff pastry does need to be homemade, and our recipe is here https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/puff-pastry-dough
SWG flour can also ordered at http://www.organicsproutedflour.net/

Where can I get sprouted whole grain puff pastry and products. I haven’t seen them in stores and want to start shopping for this plan. I’m in Connecticut.
