Hi, Annie, and welcome. You are absolutely on the right track.
Note that many of the foods have the same names in the UK, but are relatively unknown to many people, which is part of their advantage. Because they are less mass-produced, they are less manipulated and so are more nutritious – and supportive of weight loss and healthy maintenance.
A good UK resource for terms is here http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk.

Hi, smsupersuper. While the Dempster’s product is 100% whole grain, there are quite a few unwanted additives, which are not in the Ezekiel product. Beyond that, sprouted grains are more easily digested, which may present a health advantage.
Below are the ingredients lists for comparison
Dempster’s:
Whole grain whole wheat flour including the germ, water, glucose-fructose/sugar, yeast*, vegetable oil (canola or soybean), salt, wheat gluten, vinegar, calcium propionate, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, monoglycerides, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, sorbic acid. May contain calcium iodate, calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, cornstarch, ammonium chloride. *order may change.
Ezekiel:
Organic Sprouted Wheat, Filtered Water, Organic Malted Barley, Organic Sprouted Rye, Organic Sprouted Barley, Organic Sprouted Oats, Organic Sprouted Millet, Organic Sprouted Corn, Organic Sprouted Brown Rice, Fresh Yeast, Organic Wheat Gluten, Sea Salt.

I found a loaf of Ezekiel bread today for $5.00. Is it really that much better than Dempter’s Whole Grain for 1/2 the price?

Hi, Vickeyd. First of all, there are Whole Foods Market stores possibly nearby (https://maps.google.co.il/maps?ie=UTF-8&q=whole+foods+market+suffolk+UK&fb=1&gl=il&hq=whole+foods+market&hnear=0x47d81562eecf1ae1:0xb8cf4391eed96afa,Suffolk,+UK&ei=uXwrUsiFDNKGswb52oDwAw&sqi=2&ved=0CIoBEMgT).
Second, try Holland and Barrett (several shops in Suffolk county – http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/account/customerservices/store-locator) – they talk about it here http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/HealthNotes-Search?search=%2Fassets%2Ffood-guide%2Fsprouted-grain-bread%2F~default.
Some Clubmembers have reported seeing Everfresh/Sunnyvale sprouted grain breads in Sainsbury’s.
